Zoomanity Group Christmas Gift Giving 2014

On December 13, 2014, Zoomanity Group, the leader in theme park & zoo management is inviting everyone to experience and visit once again the only Tiger Safari in the Philippines.

Zoobic Safari is a 50 hectares zoo with different activities; Zip Line, 4D realto, Tiger and Lion encounter, crocodile feeding and a lot more.

It takes GUTZ to be a Guttierez is a Channel E exclusive about famous royal showbiz family in the Philippines. It's a reality tv series about the interesting and exciting life of the Gutierrez headed by Eddie Guttierez and Annabel Rama.

On November 30, 2014 at 9PM, the show aired their experience when they went to Paradizoo in Mendez, Cavite (Upper Tagaytay) and Residence Inn (Tagaytay proper), two of the famous theme parks under Zoomanity Group, the leading theme park management in the Philippines under Robert Laurel Yupangco of Yupangco Group of Companies.

According to Leonardo Badon Jr. of Zoomanity Group, "Paradizoo Theme Farm was featured in "It takes GUTZ to be a Gutierrez", the Best Reality Show at the concluded PMPC Star Awards '2014. A paradise in the south, Paradizoo Theme Farm is a farm for romantic people. a place for family, barkadas, friends and those who loves nature. The Gutierrez family went there to explore and experience a different farm lifestyle."

The episode revolves when  family is having a photo shoot.  The Gutz family gets prepped for a group photo shoot and after when they check the pictures they notice that their mother Annabelle is gaining weight. So, Ruffa suggested that they should hire a personal trainer to help their mother lose weight by working out. Perspiration for inspiration to remove the fat of course. In other words, with so many shots in between, they went to Paradizoo in Mendez, Cavite, not only to have a clean and fresh air but for Annabel to have a chance to exercise in a different way, walking in the farm.

Annabelle and Eddie bond with the grandkids, Richard with Sarah and Ruffa tried to milk the goats in the barn with the friendly and expert tour guide from Paradizoo. Super farm life only at Paradizoo.

One activity too in Paradizoo or more like an advocacy is to give education. During the tour, they learn about the process of making honey and what happens when the honey bees mate.

The handsome Richard and lovely Sarah got their time  alone time together. They ride the cable car at Residence Inn, Tagaytay as they talk about planning their wedding and other future plans.

Paradizoo and Residence Inn are under Zoomanity Group. Paradizoo is a 12 hectares farm while Residence Inn is a 2 hectare theme park with hotel inside overlooking the majestic Taal volcano.

Freshly harvested Kalamansi from our garden. My husband showed me how to keep kalamansi fresh and not be easily rotten.

He told me that in Japan if they harvest the Kalamansi they also include a portion of the stem and then try to cut it into a size that is just suitable to fruit when placed in a basket or tray. He told me not to pull off the whole stem because the fruit will have an opening which lose it's freshness.

Health Junkie, launched the health and fitness talk series called TAlKaBOut Fitness. The
first of the series, Sports Nutrition, was held in 100 Miles Café at the Fort Strip, Bonifacio
Global City, Taguig on November 27, 2014.
The Sports Nutrition Talk focused on how runners of all levels -- want-to-be-runners,
beginners, and seasoned runners -- can eat and drink their way to a peak performance.
According to Takbo.ph Founder Jinoe Gavan, “It is important for us to learn about nutrition
so we will know what to eat and how much should we take when we are training for race. “

Since we know your schedule are busy in preparing food to different parties. just a friendly reminder to please handle the food so that the people who will eat will not get a stomach disorder, diarrhea, food poison and intestinal flu.

Check the food first before you serve or taste it if you are really concern with the people who will eat it.

My reason for blogging this is that my husband was invited to play his sax and flute in a party, not to mention where. Unfortunately I think he ate a contaminated food which leads to intestinal flu. He was bed rest for 3 days feeling groggy, fever, body ache, upset stomach and diarrhea. Since he on vacation until dec 25,  we wasted 3 days of his vacation due to his sickness.




One thing more the talent fee he got was spent to buy medicine, fruits and hydrated water. It was something we regret.

It's also a warning for us to smell the food whenever we attend parties. Again to my friends out there who are into catering. Hope you will be concern with the people.

Congratulations to Dr. Gar Eufemio for another achievement.

Peak Form is pleased to announce the Dr. Gar Eufemio has been appointed as President of the Asean Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy.   He is an Orthopedic Surgeon who finished as Chief Resident of the UP-PGH Department of Orthopedics and had his fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Cincinnati.
He was the founding head of the UP-PGH Department of Orthopedics Sports Clinic for ten years.  He is the Head of the Ortho-Rehab-Rheuma Division of the MegaClinic and has set up the Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Units of Healthway Medical Clinics and My Health Clinic.


In 2008, he was the “Godfather” for the European Sports Medicine Travelling Fellowship program.  In 2011, he underwent additional training, this time on platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, in Milan, Italy.  He practices in Cardinal Santos Medical Center, MegaClinic and in the recovery center.  He was the President of the Philippine Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine from 2011-2014.
