The Search is on again for the 2014 Mrs. Philippines Globe and Little Ms. Solane. The Pageant will be held on May 17 SMX Aura Fort Bonifacio Global City.
iIt was a privilege being part ot the Mommy Bloggers Philippines Group, because of this i was able to attend the Mrs. Philippines Globe bloggers briefing yesterday February 26. Pageant Night will be on May 17 at SMX Aura Bonifacio Global City.
We were able to meet the National Pageant Director Ms. Morena Carla Cabrera-Quimpo who was also a title holder in other prestige beauty pageant. A chance to interview the winners of Mrs. Philippines Globe 2012 and 2013 some personal questions and the achievement they got after winning the award. It was something other moms out there should hear, their stories are very interesting. It was an honor for me to interview Mrs. Philippines Globe 2012 Face of the Year Joyce Pascual-Agsaway, we talked about her memorable experiences in the pageant, her motivation in joining the support of her family and what the ladies will achieve upon joining such prestigious pageant. Even with her busy schedule as a Manager of Edsa Shangrila Manila she can balance both work and family and find time for herself too.

Before considering Homeschool, i was a hands-on mom when it comes to teaching my kids. i just don't rely on the Teachers but also do some sample test and reviewer at home.We also make advance study of the lesson which made my kids so exhausted. They had the whole day in school studying and then at home continuation. We were having a hard time with travelling from our place to the school.I prayed for that my daughter get sick with the situation of waking up at 4:30am. There was also some issues of bullying and competition when it comes to academic among the parents which for me is unhealthy. When I committed myself to homeschool my kids i had to consider giving up some activities which i usually do.That's what i have in mind like teaching piano and voice as my real career.
But then we are gradually adjusting as the days turned to years and i never imgine i was homeschooling for 11 yrars now. The pressure is lesser for the children but more on the parent teaching. My daughter can study anywhere, can take her online exams anytime between tues and thurs anywhere too as long as there is an internet provider available.

That's why we love Homeschooling! It's stress free.
I just want to share an incident that happened this afternoon. We visited a place somewhere in Antipolo and because of the view and ammenities we lost track of time and had to go home already. The place was really great and i'll blog it by nextweek.
Anyway back to the topic since we are in a hurry we decided to get a food by drive-thru so no need to take our home and just eat on the car. We ordered and paid and got our food without checking because i trusted the word of the crew orders complete, we left immediately. On the road my husband asked for his food when i opened the bag the fries was not there. We were far from the food chain already and have no chance to go back for we have an appointment.Upon reaching our destination i checked the receipt and the fries are in the bill so i called the no. indicated there and told them the incident. After getting my details somebody from mcdo called me and was apologizing asking if they could just deliver the fries then i said ok no problem. After an hour a delivery came with the staff apologizing to what had happen the fries was upgraded from mediun to large and even included an apple pie. I was so impressed with what they did because they are the only one who did that. Good Job Mc Donalds and more power!
This one came
Thanks a lot!

Let your kids be part of this summer sports camp. It will be on March
This is something that made me realize why I choose to homeschool my kids.
We parents are accountable to God for children. We have a reaponsibility o bringing them up and teaching them.
Hi ladies check this out, here is a wonderful treat for you this Valentines Day from Rustan's.
Enjoy your Valentines Day!
Taking a day-off
Take a dip at their infinity pool which we tried even in the cold and windy afternoon. There are also seminar rooms where companies can also conduct team building, retreats and outdoor camps.
There is a new place to unwind with family and friends which is just an hour away from the Metro.
Mt Makiling Recreation Center is located at Sto.Tomas Batangas. The facilities are so nice and ammenities includes infinity pool, sumptous buffet breakfast which we really enjoyed, covered basketball court, outdoor cottages for bonding and the room rates are very affordable.
There are also horse stable which the kids can visit. Upon arrival we rode a kalesa which brought us to our room.
kalesa ride with Joshua the horse.
We enjoyed the place and thinking of coming back before my hubby returns to the cruise ship.
