Welcome to Casa Reyes

A condusive place for those who are craving for Filipino food and want to feel at home. There is a resto at the heart of Greenhills Shopping Mall at the Promenade that I highly recommend. It's a place that you will surely enjoy not just the food but also the ambiance. Let me take you for a short tour and walk down the memory lane to show you the place.

Welcome to Cafe Reyes Bistro Filipino, with the name itself it means "welcome to the Reyes Home", a place filled with memories and welcome visitors to dine in and eat. The Casa Reyes is a restaurant that serves Filipino dishes with a hand over receipe from the grandparents but eventually Ms. Christine made a twist and did some improvisation to enhance the flavor. They are famous for it's barbecue but I tell you all of their food taste so good.

This is their second casa here at greenhills, the first one is located at Connecticut. And since the place is not enough to accomodate their customer, they decided to open the Casa Reyes at the Promenade. True enough we saw that the place was filled with dining customer.

Food "masarap na pagkaing Pilipino"

I must say they offer the highest quality Filipino cuisine. Why did I say this it's because everything is synchronized from the food presentation, plating, utensils used and the savor of the food. The flavors are enhanced that it brings a different kick.
These are some of the food we tried.

These last two dishes is my favorite, i really enjoyed eating it. I feel like I was attending a fiesta.

Drinks and Dessert is another bestseller for me. I tried the ube-halaya shake and I was like eating ube ice cream with bits of ube. Made from pure ube.

For the gelato i ordered suman-manga because I am curious with the taste. It's guilt free because it's not that sweet with bits of ripe mango and suman.

Salted egg bibingka cake, once eaten it melts in your mouth. You will surely order this again once you tasted it. Love it

Ambiance
It is filled with a lot of Filipino Heritage interior.

The place brings back childhood memories because of the equisite interior antique appliances, Komiks, newsprint, native basket and other decorations that made it classy. Everything is well coordinated. I really enjoyed looking at all the decorations and promise you won't be bored and wanted to take photos at every corner of the resto.
Thank you Ms. Christine Layco and your staff for the welcoming us in your Home At Casa Reyes.

So on your next resto visit do drop by Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino. From all of us thank you.
