Unplugged and Play at SM City Masinag

In this millenial genre kids, teen, yuppies and adult depend on their gadgets. I have nothing against it because it gives us the.comvenience we need. Gadgets has can be used in a positive way but there are also disadvantages. Like lack of socialization, kinesthetic and outdoor activities are limited.

And they miss all the fun that they can get from playing with other children. Thatbis why I'm so excited with what SM did an activity that will make the kids play without gadgets.

It is said that technology is taking over family life with almost 63% of parents admitting they need to make effort for face-to-face time.

As most kids these days spend most of their leisure time with gadgets and online, SM City Masinag promotes undistracted family bonding with Unplugged and Play, an outdoor summer fair without any gadgets just pure fun activities for the entire family.

Unplugged and Play is an extra-large outdoor playground for kids and their families to enjoy. it includes Plus Size Boxing, Huge Jousting Challenge, Extra Sticky Wall, Giant Soccer, a jumbo obstacle course, ball pit, and Extra Exciting Rappelling. Summer treats and surprises are up for grabs at the XL Bazaar for kids and parents alike.

Unplugged and Play will make a stop at SM City San Mateo on May 11 and SM City Marikina on May 18. It is one of the exciting events of SM Supermalls for Everyday is Playday at SM Campaign.

Here are some of the photos and videos during the event

When my daughter was still a baby we always look for a place where she could stay to play. And I'm so glad that those play area improved and make it more exciting for kids. Because they don't just play but learn at the same time.

So kidzoonia is a wondeful place to.leave your kids while you are shopping or buying at the grocery.

In time for the summer vacation after a grueling school year, children are in for a new adventure in Kidzooona at SM City Masinag with their new additions in their play area.

Kidzooona now 3 features new ’Narikiri’ or Role Town Areas The Supermarket is a self-service shop offering a variety of toy fruits and vegetables complete with a cash register, baste and apron. Children will get the feel of grocery shopping at this wagon type supermarket. The Beauty Salon lets children play as hairstylists or customers complete with mini equipment that you see inside a real salon. Kids can also take their own photos and try hairstyles on a digital mirror. Kidzooona also added a Takoyaki

Station to their play area to let kids experience how to make a Takoyaki and sell them to their playmates or to their mom or dad.

Aside from the new Narikiri areas, Kidzooona also gives away 50% off tickets to the first 300 customers who checks in today. The discount tickets can be used on their next store visit. In addition, free cotton candy awaits all kids after their playtime at Kidzooona.

Last May 24, the Bb.Pilipinas Candidates showed their signature walk using World Balance Shoes. It was an event of Brain and Beauty since all of them showed how confident they can walk with their rubber shoes.

It only show that a Beauty Queen can still be poised and can carry herself regardless what shoes they wear.

See all of them on June 9 7pm at Smart Araneta for Bb Pilipinas 2019 Coronation Night

(SLAMCI )Sunlife Asset Management Company Inc Market Outlook 2H 2019

Sunlife Philippines conducted very informative Presscon last May 22, 2019. It was a privilege to be invited with my fellow financial bloggers and other media outlet.

SLAMCI President Valerie Pama shared the to us the different investment that they have and their latest program. One of which is the new bills payment program in partnership with the country’s top banks like BDO, BPI, and Metrobank so that clients would be able to invest anytime online, without the need to line up. Aside the good news from Sunlife Prosperity Card.

Chief  Investment Officer of Sunlife Philippines Mr. Michael Enriquez discussed how they forsee the positive outcome of our economy this year.

In Summary of what Mr. Michael Enriquez said this is what we can expect to happen. Inflation improves paving the way for more rate cuts. We see 3 more BSP rate CUTS in 2019. The surprise credit upgrade to BBB+ strengthens the case to lower rates.
Reserve requirement cuts of 100bps may happen 3-4 times this year. PHP 10y: 5% still possible by year-end .USD 10y: 2.5-2.6% is the ceiling for now. Fed is on a passive QE mode.Springtime for EM assets. Overweight equities for rest of the year, but bonds still has ways to go as inflation can possibly overshoot below 2% (in the extreme). Dollar-Peso: no change, 53.20 by year-end 2019 and with a slight weak bias. Current account deficit is less of a worry due to global slowdown. Impact of the budget delay is already in the 1Q GDP number, with the budget passed, government will spend. Domestically: election-related spending should provide some upside to GDP but consumption bounce will drive growth as inflation fades. US: if we see a recession, we see this as a shallow one and short-lived.

And here is the surprise of Sunlife Prosperity Card. Before they say investment are only for the rich people and those who are in the middle class. So what Sunlife did was to lower the amount of investment so anyone can save for their future.

Sun Life Prosperity Card now available in P1,000 denomination

In keeping with efforts to make investing in mutual funds even more accessible to Filipinos. Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMCI) is launching a new variant of its Sun Life Prosperity Card in a lower denomination of only P1,000!

A first in the industiy. the Sun Life Prosperity Card is a stored value gift card that may be used to invest in peso-denominated mutual funds managed and distributed by SLAMCI. It may be purchased for personal use or as a gift to loved ones.

"The Sun Life Prosperity Card is a lasting and precious gift option ideal for special occasmns such as birthdays, baptisms, graduations, and weddings," said SLAMCI President Valerie Pama 'I enables the recipient to have his own starter mutual fund with a value that potentially appreciates over time."

Also available in P5,000 denomination, the Sun Life Prosperity Card is available for purchase at major Sun Life Client Service Centers or through a Sun Life Financial advisor. The card may be activated at any Sun Life Client Service Center nationwide.
