In October 2015, Tomoyuki Fukura was appointed as President of Fujiiilm Philippines Inc. As a President, Mr. Fukura is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. He provides technical financial advice and knowledge within the financial discipline. He also manages and evaluates the company’s fiscal function and performance including budget analysis and financial reporting. Under his leadership. he introduces two important aspects that lead to a successfui achievement of 46% average sales growth of FFPH: prioritizing service and creation of more touch points with customers.

Previously, Mr. Fukura was assigned to the United States to assist the Fujifiim’s Group US. operations in July 20|2 until September 2015. He was the Manager for Strategic Product Planning and Corporate Flaming of Graphic Systems Division. In his position, he specit'icaiiy planned and implemented sales strategy of printing plate across North America and contributed to increase its market share up to a leading position. He also impiemented integration of sales organization in US. and Canada to strengthen sales.

Immediately prior to his initial entry to the U.S., From October 2011 to July 2012, Mr. Fukura served as Corporate Advisor of FUJIFILM Canada Inc. in Ontario, Canada. In this senior level position. he was responsible for the strategic corporate planning and business development of the FUJIFILM Group's operations in Canada, with a particuiar emphasis on FUJIFILM proprietary Graphic products, including its Wide Format inkjet printing and Digital lnkjet Press products. As Corporate Advisor, Mr. Fukura possessed authority over an annual budget of $60 million. and assisted the President in making company-wide management decisions on the business opemtions of the company. He managed all phases of the product introduction of FUJIlFlLM's latest Digital lnkjet Press product, "J Press“ to the North American market. which was only the second installation worldwide after Japan. He also utilized his know how of the FUJIFILM Group's global communication channels with the  product development. tehnical support and marketing, to establish a technical support team to meet the technical support needs of the North American market. In doing so, he played a critical role in the product introduction of the FUJIFILM's latest Graphics products to the North American market.

From May 2007 until October 2011, Mr. Fukura served as Professional Staff Member of the Digital Printing Business Group, Graphic Systems Business Division of FUJIFILM Corporation's global headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. In this specialized knowledge professional capacity, Mr. Fukura was responsible for the strategic business development of FUJIFILM's proprietary Wide Format lnkjet printing products to the overseas markets in South Korea, Taiwan. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. He proposed and implemented global business strategies aimed to establish the FUJIFILM Wide Format Inkjet printing products in Asia. In particular, Mr. Fukura led the market entry of Wide Format lnkjet printing products in East Asia by increasing the total sales from US$2.0 million in 2008 to US$4.3 million in 2011.

Mr. Fukura joined the FUJIFILM Group in Japan in April 2000 upon obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan in March 2000. Since then, he accumulated over fifteen (15) years of employment with the FUJIFILM group of companies in Japan and Canada, assuming positions of increased specialty and expertise, primarily in FUJIFILM's proprietary industrial inkjet printing and press products.
