Nevertheless there at are advantage and disadvantages we can get from it. A what we all say too much of something is not good.

It was a privilege to be guest of the said topic of Eagle Broadcasting Agila which was live streamed. The pilot episode of My Confidante Hosted by Ms. Snooky Serna, former child star in the 70's and famous teenage star im the 80's. The other guest was Dr. Samaniego the spoke person of the Medical Psychiatric Society, Ms. Cherryl True-Nava a Media Writer and Social Media Blogger and yours truly Armi Paz Pineda a Social Media Blogger.

The conversation was so casual because the question was about how the social media affect the children nowadays which we all know.

We where able to share our insights and learned from Dr. Samaniego the early signs of social media addiction and isolation which commonly leads to suicidal act and this very common problem to teenagers today.

Parents must be conscious in monitoring the activities of their children on the gadget and opening social media sights.
