Aquaria Resort at Calatagan Batangas
It"s Summer time again, where people look fora place to spend their vacation, excursion and reunion.Most of the families go to exciting places and goes out of town but not to the extent that we should spend a bundle of money but to spend quality time with family,relatives and friends as well, Batangas has always been our favorite destination. There’s this new leisure resort in Calatagan known as Aquaria, it’s a 1.2 hectare world-class leisure property design by Landco for families and friends to enjoy exciting holiday.
Aquaria resort is our alternative lifestyle resort for Boracay and other far away beach destinations since it’s only a three hour maximum drive from Metro Manila.
It was fun to be one of the guests of Landco and be able to experience the Aquaria resortduring its special launch event. As much as I’d like to try and water park and white beach upon arrival, I still need to refuel my energy with the morning snacks and the special lunch that await us. A perfect summer meal consist of lobsters, prawn, squid, chicken legs, beef kebab and pork belly which was being grilled deliciously awaits us to partake, not to mention the Aquaria’s signature lemon grass tea. All thirst quenchers such as liquor and freshly squeezed fruit juices are ready at their bar which is right beside the Sands restaurant near the beach front.
Guests can enjoy guests gamely participated in the different activities for the day: games like soccer, volleyball and Frisbee, as well as water sports like kayaking and wind surfing. boating and jet skiing, while others took a tutorial on stand- up paddle (SUP) boards.
Aquaria’s highlight is the three-storey giant pool slide—Aquaria’s central and distinctive feature at the water park. Other amenities include a welcome center, a kiddie pool, cove pools, cabanas, a sunken pool bar, a food and beverage area, and separate shower and locker facilities for men and women. There are sun loungers equipped with huge umbrellas, as well as hammocks, for those who wish to enjoy the sea breezes and beach views.

Aquaria is part of Landco’s 12-hectare Playa Calatagan Leisure Tourism Estate, which houses its various innovative resort lifestyle concepts. All of these are meant to cater to local and foreign tourists, families, and corporate guests.
