homeschooling is cool: October 2013

Hula hoop was one of the things i'd love to do during my grade school and high school days. And it was just a game that we play after classes.

Lately i read an article that there are hoops classes and they consider it as a way of staying fit. I'm glad because doing the hoop is like working out with fun same as dancing.

If you want to try there are scheduled classes for beginners and advance.Let's have fun while staying fit.

I'm so excited to be part of these classes. See you moms out there!

People have different reactions whenever a scar is talked about.The memories are negative most of the time because it can be caused by an accident. But for some it is a happy memory eventhough it left a mark, it makes them smile. Like me it makes me happy whenever I see my caesarian scar because it is where my precious daughter was taken.We were both at risk during my pregnancy that they to do a cs.It was something memorable for me despite the mark cause it was a step of faith. I'm so proud that i was able to move on.

Same as the women i saw at the contractubex event held at posh nails in makati. we saw and heard different stories of women who have a scar but was able to move on in life and was not affected by the scar. The good thing was that they used a great product called contractubex that removes the scar caused by operation or accident.

She talked about her experience in having a scar but then she was able to move on because she used contractubex which made her scars invisible.

We also learned a lot from Dra. Anisette Cristina Librojo who talked about the different types of scars,the hypertropic scar and the keloid. Some of us are confused with these ywi tyoes of scars.

The evening was so relaxing because they pampered us by the services we had like foot and hand spa, manicure and pesicure. The event was hosted by Ms. Karen Golfo.They also served dinner for us which was truly wonderful.
